Samsung did showcase the Samsung ATIV Odyssey at the CES 2013. It showed the first look of the Windows Phone 8 device. 

Basically, Samsung ATIV Odyssey is quite similar like the Samsung ATIV S in the design. The front look of both devices are the same. The main different is the back of Samsung ATIV Odyssey. The bottom of the back cover of Samsung ATIV Odyssey is made from metal material. 

This Samsung ATIV Odyssey is looks identical like the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. The 4-inch smartphone able to fit nicely into your hands. 

Samsung ATIV Odyssey comes with 4-inch display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of ROM, 5MP rear camera, 1.2MP front camera and Windows Phone 8.

At the CES 2013, Samsung did reveal the Samsung ATIV Odyssey. It is exclusive device for the Verizon in the United States. It has been delayed in the past few months and finally there are some news on it, 

Samsung did stated on the availability of this Samsung ATIV Odyssey. It is arrive at Verizon in coming weeks. It remains unknown on exactly how many weeks. 

Samsung ATIV Odyssey is a mid-range Windows Phone 8 device. It has a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with 800 x 480 resolution. Samsung ATIV Odyssey is powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core and 1GB of RAM. It has 8GB of ROM that supports microSD expansion up to 64GB large. Samsung ATIV Odyssey packs with 5-megapixels of rear camera and 1.2-megapixels of front camera.

This Samsung ATIV Odyssey is compatible with the 4G LTE network of the Verizon. However, Samsung and Verizon yet to reveal the price and availability yet.

Samsung ATIV Odyssey For Verizon Leaks, Truly Different From The Samsung ATIV S

(GSM Insider) - Seriously, we are not sure where this people getting those images on the devices that yet to unveil. Off course we dont know who are they as well. But they are good enough to reveal different devices every weeek.

The latest handset leaks at the internet is the Samsung ATIV Odyssey. It is the Windows Phone 8 device that heading to Verizon Wireless in the United States. 

This Samsung ATIV Odyssey made its appearance at the Windows Phone 8 even last month. The launch date for this Samsung ATIV Odyssey is around month of December before the holidays season. 

From the design, the Samsung ATIV Odyssey is truly different from the Samsung ATIV S. For simple description, the Samsung ATIV S more toward the design of Samsung Galaxy S3. But this is not the case of Samsung ATIV Odyssey.

Samsung ATIV Odyssey has a more rounded corner compare to its sibling. But the rear camera design looks similar like the Samsung ATIV S. It is a fully touchscreen design as the three main buttons in front are all touchscreen. At the back, there is a Verizon 4G LTE logo and Windows Phone logo as well. 

The specs of Samsung ATIV Odyssey should be same with the Samsung ATIV S. 1.5GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 4.8 inches of Super AMOLED display.

Microsoft Announces Samsung ATIV Odyssey for Verizon, Coming on December

(GSM Insider) - During the Windows Phone 8 event, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer also announces another new device - Samsung ATIV Odyssey. This is the first Samsung ATIV brand smartphone that arriving in the United States. 

The Samsung ATIV Odyssey is the Samsung ATIV S variant that heading exclusively to Verizon Wireless. Microsoft teases the Samsung ATIV Odyssey at the Windows Phone 8 event but does not reveal the real looks of it. Other than Samsung ATIV Odyssey, HTC 8X and Nokia Lumia 822 are heading to Verizon Wireless as well. The HTC 8X for Verizon priced at $199 for 16GB version while the low end Nokia Lumia 822 priced at $49. Both prices are in contract. 

At the moment, no pricing and available yet on this Samsung ATIV Odyssey. We expect more news on this device coming soon.
