To make it more specific, the tablet that receiving is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 GT-P3110 WiFi only model. So those with 3G connectivity need to wait longer before the update coming to your device.
The build number that arrives is XXCLK5. The first country to receive the Jelly Bean update is France. If you are somewhere in France or Europe, you might check your device for update via setting. Those living in other regions can try out your luck as well. No harm.
