(GSM Insider) - T-Mobile USA Not Releasing Windows Phone 7.8 Update For Its Nokia Lumia 710.
In order to compensate those Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 7.5 users, Microsoft decided to roll out the Windows Phone 7.8 as a compensation. Windows Phone 7.8 will only share about 80% of the features of Windows Phone 8. For example, the Windows Phone 7.8 also has the LiveTiles customization features.
Earlier today, T-Mobile USA dropped a huge bomb by confirming that the Nokia Lumia 710 will not get the Windows 7.8 update.
At this time, the Nokia Lumia 710 will not receive the software update. Since T-Mobile USA stated that "at this time" the device will not get the update, but who knows about the future. Perhaps the update still in works and not ready for release. You may ask why Nokia isn't releasing the update? Sorry to tell you that it is the carrier that responsible for the update.
