Huawei Ascend D2 was launched earlier at the CES 2013. It is another 5-inch 1080p Full HD phablet that coming soon to the market. The Huawei Ascend D2 gets hands-on at the CES 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
From the hands-on image, the Huawei Ascend D2 indeed looks thick in body. It is not as thin as you imagined. When holding on hand, it feels bulky and quite solid in feel. This is because the body is not thin after all.
Furthermore, it has a curve design for its back. The curve design is kinda similar to the HTC 8X and HTC 8S. There is a power button and a micro-USB port at top of the handset. Huawei Ascend D2 has a 3.5mm audio jack and microphone at the bottom of the device. It has volume and camera button as well.
Huawei Ascend D2 comes with 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.5GHz Hi-Silicon K3V2 quad-core, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixels, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Emotion UI and 3000mAh battery. It is a water-proof, dust-proof and scratch-proof device.
