(GSM Insider) - 5-inch 1080p ZTE Grand S First Look Previewed Ahead of Launch At CES 2013, Brings 6.9mm Ultra-Thin Body
Seems like Chinese company ZTE is getting serious in the smartphone as it going to launch many high end devices soon, at the CES 2013 in Las Vegas. ZTE Grand S is one of the new devices that set for debut at CES 2013.
At first, this ZTE Grand S was spotted at the event schedule of ZTE at the CES 2013. Since then, more details on this ZTE Grand S pop-up at rumour mill.
ZTE showcase the Grand S at an event in China. But not much details on this device was revealed. At the event, ZTE only showed the back look of the ZTE Grand S and emphasized on its 6.9mm ultra-thin body. Perhaps this is the ZTE way kept the device remains mysterious.
ZTE Grand S is set to feature 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixels of rear camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on board. The specs would similar like those featured in Nubia Z5. Nubia Z5 was launched a few days ago in China by ZTE. Nubia Z5 is focusing on high end and luxury market while the ZTE Grand S is more toward affordable price.
At the CES 2013, the battle is definitely between both Huawei and ZTE. Huawei CEO confirmed that Huawei Ascend D2 and Huawei Ascend W1 will launch at the CES 2013. The 6.1-inch monster Huawei Ascend Mate leaked as well and could make its appearance as well. Look out the CES 2013 with GSM Insider.
