This hoax was spread through the internet after Samsung lost the lawsuit against Apple. The court ordered Samsung to pay Apple with $1 billion in compensation. However, Samsung and Apple are still partners as the Korean company still supplying the parts and components to the Cupertino based company.

The Jelly Bean update was eagerly waiting by the HTC users around the world. Soon, the Taiwanese company HTC announced that those devices with 512MB RAM and below will not receive the Android 4.1 update after all. This was a disappointed news for HTC One V and HTC Desire S users.
