These two devices are the competitors for Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820 in the market. At the moment, Windows Phone 8X available at AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. How about the sibling Windows Phone 8S?
Windows Phone 8S also known as the HTC 8S. If you ever planned to own this smartphone due to its budget pricing, please cancel this plan. Sorry guys! This budget Windows Phone not heading to the USA anytime soon.

The main point is HTC "currently" not planned for the USA market. But who knows the long term plan of HTC. It might arrive some point after the Windows Phone market reached maturity.
