According to latest users from the American, their Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 received the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. These two are the latest from Samsung that receiving the Jelly Bean update.
The update is available in the size of 310MB via OTA (over the air) and Samsung Kies. You can manually check for update as well. Just go to settings>about device>software update.
