(GSM Insider) - Microsoft Says Windows Phone 7.8 Update Is Depends On Manufacturers.
Earlier, GSM Insider revealed that Nokia already ready to release the Windows Phone 7.8 update for users. But Microsoft is yet to show the green light. So the update still not yet release to users. Is the Windows Phone 7.8 update decision depends on Microsoft? Perhaps no.
Earlier, Windows Phone Russia stated something different from Nokia. It tweeted that Microsoft will release update for everyone, but the final decision to issue and update to a specific model is up to the manufacturer.
Perhaps this means that Microsoft does agree to roll out the Windows Phone 7.8 update to all devices, but the manufacturers decide on which one to get and which one not to get.
Again, Microsoft kicking the ball to manufacturers about the update issue. This means the users need to ask the manufacturers about the arrival of update rather than asking Microsoft.
