(GSM Insider) - Finally, LG Optimus G Receiving Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update.
At the CES 2013, its kinda disappointed that LG did not unveil the LG Optimus G2. LG was showcased the LG Optimus G, LG Nexus 4, LG Intuition and LG Optimus VU 2 at the event. But the good news is here.
According to Korean users, the LG Optimus G devices are receiving the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. The update is finally here after a few months of waiting.
LG Optimus G users can check for update via Settings>About Phone>Software Update. The update already rolls out in home country and should arrive globally soon.
LG Optimus G is the latest flagship from LG. With HTC One X and Samsung Galxay S3 running on Android 4.1 Jelly, its kinda embarrassing for the LG Optimus G running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Just simple hopes that LG can works better and faster on the update.
