This Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update brings Google Now, battery consumption tweak and other add-on features to both Motorola Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx.

The Jelly Bean update now available for both devices via over-the-air (OTA). So you can go to settings, about phone and then update you device. If your device is yet to receive the update.
