(GSM Insider) - Do you know that China Mobile is the world's largest mobile operator with most numbers of subscriber ahead of AT&T. 70% of mobile subscribers in China are using China Mobile's TD-SCDMA network. Therefore, Apple is interested to enter the majority of the China market with its iPhone 5.
According to source from China, TD-SCDMA spokesperson said that China Mobile and Apple are interested to set up partnership. However, the are no agreement yet as everything on the private conversation.
From this statement, we can see that there are negotiations between China Mobile and Apple on this issue. If this is real, China Mobile subscribers can purchased the iPhone and no longer need to change to other networks. This can benefits both parties. [Source]
