(GSM Insider) - Huawei Plans To Build R&D Centre At The Home of Nokia, Finland
Chinese company Huawei is not brave in doing expansion which include its latest plans to open a new R&D centre at Finland. It is known that Nokia already on the declining since the rising of Android.
Huawei just announced its plans to invest €70 million at Helsinki, Finland. in 5 years period. This Finland R&D Centre going to focus on the development of Android and Windows Phone devices.

Once the R&D Centre starts operations, its going to be the new door for the Chinese company to enter the European market. It is definitely going to assist Huawei in European market soon.
