Its the Jelly Bean update schedule releases by Samsung Ukraine. The schedule included six different devices that set to receive or already received the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.
Samsung Galaxy Acer 2, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S Advance set to receive the update on February 2013. Samsung Galaxy S2 and Samsung Galaxy Note will receive the Jelly Bean update on March 2013. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 already received the update on last month.
Since the list was provided by Samsung Ukraine, the credibility of this list can be confirmed after all. But what Samsung Ukraine stated isn't representing that those updates will launch globally at the same time. Perhaps those living in the European countries are set to get the update same time while those living in other regions might receive it earlier or later.
