Huawei Ascend Y300 has a 4-inch TFT display with 800 x 480 resolution. It is powered by 1GHz Snapdragon S4 MSM8225 dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM. If you feel the 4GB isn't large enough then this Huawei Ascend Y300 supported MicroSD expansion up to 32GB.
Other specs of Huawei Ascend Y300 include 5-megapixels rear-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, MicroUSB port and a 1730mAh battery.
