Both ZTE Grand S and ZTE Nubia are powered by Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor while BlackBerry Z10 is powered by a dual-core processor. All three devices have 2GB of RAM. BlackBerry Z10 and ZTE Grand S have 16GB of internal memory while ZTE Nubia Z5 has 32GB of internal.
