(GSM Insider) - ZTE V987 Shows Its First Look, Indeed The ZTE Grand S With Lower Specs and Price.
Recently, ZTE unveiled the ZTE Grand S with LTE-enabled. It is the latest high end device from the Chinese manufacturer as it packs with powerful specs and nice design.
With the price of nearly RMB $4000 ($642), it is definitely not affordable for everyone especially those living in China. There are so many alternatives available in the market with super low price. But ZTE has another plan to cater with the low budget market.
A ZTE device with the model number of V987 just approves in China. From the outlook, the ZTE V987 indeed look very similar like the ZTE Grand S. But the camera lens design at the back is different from the ZTE Grand S which is "pop out". This ZTE V987 looks like a little bit thicker than the ZTE Grand S.
According to source from China, ZTE V987 also having a 5-inch display. But the display resolution only 720p HD, not 1080p Full HD. It is powered by a quad-core processor (either Tegra 3 or MediaTek MT6589). It is said to be having a 2500mAh battery.
Nothing much revealed about this ZTE V987 at the moment. This device could be price at around RMB $1500 or $241.
