(GSM Insider) - ZTE Nubia Z5 vs HTC Butterfly Global Version - Full Specs Comparison.
Since the HTC J Butterfly was launched in Japan, it opened the door for the 5-inch 1080p market. Not longer after it was launched in the market, the global version HTC Butterfly was announced as well. This HTC Butterfly now available at Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
ZTE is another company that interested in the 5-inch 1080p market. Earlier last year, ZTE unveiled its own new brand which is known as the Nubia. This Nubia brand is focusing on high end and luxury devices for the niche market. Nubia Z5 is the first device under the Nubia brand. It is even available in Titanium Limited Edition.

The ZTE Nubia Z5 is slight better than the HTC Butterfly. ZTE Nubia Z5 is the thinnest and lightest 5-inch phablet in the market. Both devices having same processor and 2GB of RAM. The display of Nubia Z5 is slightly better in PPI. The ZTE Nubia Z5 is compatible with GSM/WCDMA/CDMA and TD-SCDMA networks in China. While HTC Butterfly works global version works on GSM/WCDMA network only. It remains unknown whether this ZTE Nubia Z5 is going to available worldwide.
