This is because the carriers in the U.S. need more time to test the device before launching the device soon.
For those who fancies about the BlackBerry Q10 which is based on QWERTY keyboard, it won't available until April this year.
The BlackBerry Z10 will be available in the U.S. With $599 which is the unsubsidized price. It will available on Verizon for $199 with a two year contract. AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile will offer the device soon.
