(GSM Insider - December 20, 2012) - Sony Launched Xperia Care In China, Brings Customer Service To New Level.
Earlier today, Sony launched its new customer service which is known as the Xperia Care in Beijing, China. This Xperia Care going to provide whole new level of customer service to Xperia smartphone users. There are four services that offer by Xperia Care include "fast service", "software update", "self-service", "professional repair" and etc.
This Xperia Care was launched in China so it remains unsure whether Sony going to launch this in every parts of the world. Just hope that Sony able to bring this enhanced customer service to customers around the world. Please make it fair!
