The Panasonic ELUGA originally preloaded with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The update is arrives just as what Panasonic promised before. However, the update is via Google Play. It is indeed you need to download an app from Google Play to enable your ELUGA getting the update. Whether or not you like this method, this is still only method for your ELUGA to get the ICS update.
