(GSM Insider) - Its official! Oppo Find 5 launch date is on 12.12.12, December 12th, 2012. Less than one month to go with the arrival of another powerful smartphone.
Earlier today, Oppo released an image about its Oppo Find 5 event. The launch date falls on December 12th, 2012 and the location of the event is at Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA), Beijing.
From the Oppo Find 5 poster, you see a huge "5" digit at there. The theme of Oppo Find 5 event is "The Fifth Element". So what is the fifth element? It could be the 1080p Full HD display.
The display of Oppo Find 5 is said to be the 1080p Full HD resolution at 5 inch. Furthermore, the processor is said to be the Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core. Other specs included the 2GB of RAM, 12 mega-pixels of rear camera, 2 mega-pixels of front camera and Qi Wireless Charging. The Android version is 4.1 Jelly Bean.
However, there are doubts whether its thickness will be 6.9mm. Because the latest news suggested that its thickness will be around 8-9mm instead of the 6.9mm.
No point to guess on the thickness as the device set to unveil in less than one month. But I expect more leaks to coming soon.
