From the overall performance, Kindle Fire HD 8.9is more toward for internet surfing, media playing and reading ebooks. The price cheaper than New iPad due to the low specs on the Kindle Fire HD 8.9. Apple New iPad has 5MP rear camera and VGA FaceTime camera. But Amazon decided to feature only front camera to keep the cost low. The size of Kindle Fire HD 8.9 is 8.9 inch while the New iPad is 9.7 inch. Both have different sizes in comparison. It is hard to decide what to choose for.
