(GSM Insider) - The rumours of iPhone 5 coming on September 12th are the hot topics in the gadget world. There are still unknown whether Apple will announce the new iPhone at the September 12th event in Cupertino.
According to suppliers of NOR Memories for Apple products, Apple set to announce iPhone 5 on middle of September. Macronix also known as MXIC and Winbond are two of the suppliers of iPhone 5's NOR Memories from Taiwan.
Someone from the company told us that Macronix received 70% and Winbond received 30% of order from Apple. Those NOR memories to be use in the first batch of iPhone 5. Recently, Macronix also produced the NOR mermories for MacBook Pro and Macbook Air. While this is the first time Winbond received order from Apple.
We shall wait for the Apple event that coming one week from now. iPhone 5 or iPad Mini or New iPod Touch coming soon? We shall see. [Source]
