Microsoft just launched the Windows Phone Dev Center for all apps and games developers that interested to develop Windows Phone apps. From the home page of Dev Center, we can clearly see the Windows Phone Store there as it appears under the submit app section. From the information, it suggests that Microsoft interested to rename Windows Phone Marketplace to Windows Phone Store. It is similar to Google that renamed Android Market to Google Play Store.
