On last year, Nokia sold off 90% of Vertu's shares to EQT and itself holding the rest 10%. Previously, Vertu is working on high end and super luxury handset under the supervision of Nokia. Since the EQT has larger power, there are some changes on the Vertu.

Since last year, Vertu has announced that it has planned for Android smartphones but we are yet to see any Android smartphone from Vertu. The latest news from Russia stated that Vertu indeed is working on new Android smartphone.

The Vertu's Android smartphone will be the legacy of the Nokia 8800. Still remember the all expensive and luxury device from Nokia? Don't blame yourself if you can't remember because it was an old news after all. 

The Vertu's Android smartphone is expected to be priced at $4000. So those rich guys can purchase it soon. But no date yet on when Vertu going to launch its Android smartphone.

From our point of view, it is logic that Samsung not releasing 7-inch tablet. This is because the 7-inch tablet is nearer to the phablet with the size of 6-inch. A customer might opt for 6-inch phablet rather than 7-inch tablet. Those who desire for tablet by getting a larger size tablet which is 10.1-inch instead of the 7-inch tablet. 

With Mobile World Congress 2013 just around the corner, there are many new tablets from Samsung that set for launch at the event in Barcelona.

The AnTuTu Benchmark further revealed that HTC PN07120 was tested in the United States. It is running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean while the frequency of the HTC PN07120 is 1.7GHz.

According to sources from XDA, it says that Sony is working on three more flagships for the second half of 2013. One of the three flagships is said to be the Sony Xperia ZL Plus. It is the upgraded version of Sony Xperia ZL L35h.

Sony Xperia ZL is powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro while its upgraded version will be powered by Snapdragon 600. The Sony Xperia ZL Plus said to feature 2GB of RAM. It remains at 5-inch 1080p Full HD, 13-megapixel of rear-facing camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean camera. 

Another device is said to be powered by 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM. Other specs include 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 16-megapixel camera, Adreno 330 and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean at least.

The third device is said to be upgraded version of Sony Xperia S. So it will not as powerful as two specs that mentioned above. It is said to feature 1.5Ghz Snapdragon processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 4.5-inch 720p HD display. 

The device with Snapragon 800 is definitely being the main competitor for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in the market.

A few months ago, Dell quitted the Android smartphone market after found out that it was hard to gain profits from it. Therefore, Dell shifted its attention to the Windows 8 powered tablets. But the latest rumour suggests that Dell still interested in Android.

According to rumours, Dell is working on a mini PC that powered by Android. It is known as the Project Ophelia. The price of the Android Mini PC will cost around $50 to $99. The length of the mini PC is 3.5-inch while it has 1.5-inch wide.

The mini PC is said to run on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean together with 8GB of ROM. It supports up to 32GB of micro SD. Since this mini PC is in connection with the television, it is going to feature an HDMI port as well. Mouse and keyboard can be plugged in to the Mini PC for usage as it features a USB port.

At the moment, neither Dell nor any party that able to confirm about this Project Ophelia.

This clearly showed that the Lenovo indeed in search for the potential opportunities in bid for RIM. The Chinese manufacturer aims to success in the mobile device market after becoming the world second largest PC maker. So, Lenovo is definitely not going to stop at there.
