Opps! GooPhone did it again! The GooPhone successfully grabs the headline again. This time with the GooPhone One. Previously, GooPhone I5 was released even before the iPhone 5. The GooPhone I5 was the total copycat of the iPhone 5. 

Introducing the GooPhone One. It is the copycat product that's based on the HTC One aka HTC M7. The main thing is the HTC One aka HTC M7 isn't announced yet. It was leaked a few times before but yet to confirm by HTC. So the GooPhone One was built based on the leaked images of the HTC One aka HTC M7. 

The GooPhone I5 was released before the iPhone 5 and the final design of the iPhone 5 was identical with the GooPhone I5. So the appearance of the GooPhone One is basically confirmed that the design of the HTC One aka HTC M7. 

Rumors from China stated that the GooPhone One is running on the Android platform and the processor is probably the MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor. So the price of GooPhone One is definitely lower then the HTC One aka HTC M7.

Goophone i5 Unboxing, 90% Looks Like Real iPhone 5

(GSM Insider) - Goophone i5 is the clone iPhone 5 in China. It officially announced in Chine before the announcement of iPhone 5. Goophone decided to register the design in China ahead of Apple. Goophone i5 is the short form of Google Phone iPhone 5?

Surprisingly, both Goophone i5 and iPhone 5 look similar. The Goophone i5 has 90% of similarities with the iPhone 5 as it comes with 4 inches display, qHD resolution, 512mb of RAM, 4GB of ROM and supports micro-SD expansion. The iPhone 5 does not support micro-SD expansion for sure. The interesting part is Goophone i5 runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The processor in Goophone i5 is MTk6575 quad-core. The price of Goophone i5 is around RMB $1600. 

As China Unicom and China Telecom set to launch the iPhone 5 in December, it is interesting to see whether Goophone and Apple will involve in copyright lawsuit.

Apple iPhone 5 vs Copycat Goophone i5 vs iPhone 4S - Comparison of All iPhones [Video]

(GSM Insider) - Last month, Goophone from China launched a new smartphone with the name of Goophone i5. It runs on Android operating system. OK. The interesting part is not the name but the design. This Goophone i5 looks exactly like the iPhone 5. The rear camera position, the colour, the screen size, the lightning dock connector and the Factime camera of Goophone i5 are very similar with the iPhone 5.



After look at the video, what do you think? The Goophone logo replaced the Apple logo. The overall design looks very similar like the iPhone 5. According to Goophone customer service, they stated that they has registered the patent for the design. While someone from the Chinese government said that Goophone can registered the patents but it depends to the government whether they will approve the patents or not.
