Huawei And Durex Denied Rumors On Possible Partnership At MWC 2013

(GSM Insider) - Huawei And Durex Denied Allegation On Possible Partnership.

A few days ago, rumors from China stated that Huawei set to partner with the condom maker Durex at the Mobile World Congress 2013. Durex will be responsible for the accessories of Huawei Ascend P2 which is tipped to be the world's thinnest smartphone. Finally Huawei breaks the silence and denials about the rumors.

In a press statement, Huawei condemns those who started the rumors by stating that Huawei set to partner with Durex in the launch of Huawei Ascend P2. Huawei confirms that neither agreement nor partnership with Durex been made. Huawei added that there will be no partner at the Huawei Ascend P2 launch event. 

In the press statement, Huawei demands those who posted the news about the prank on Huawei and Durex. With respect to the company, we decided to remove the post on it to avoid any trouble.
