(GSM Insider) - Survey: iOS Devices Leading Customer Satisfaction, Followed by Windows Phone and Android.

There are many iPhone users, Android users and Windows Phone users. Android having the most users due to its high popularity, followed by iOS and then the Windows Phone. Windows Phone is on the rising recently but it remains as the minority. 

In the latest survey, iOS provides the highest customer satisfaction as 71 percent of users satisfied with their devices. Windows Phone at second place with 53 percent satisfied with the device while Android at last with only 48 percent satisfaction level. 

For the manufacturer, Apple leading the race with 70 percent then follow by Nokia with 56 percent and Samsung stands at 55 percent mark. This showed that Nokia has been benefited from the Windows Phone.
