(GSM insider) - NVIDIA Set To Launch Own Smartphone And Tablet Based On Tegra Processor At Computex 2013.

NVIDIA considers as one of the leaders for graphics card. But with the emerging of smartphone and tablet, NVIDIA starts losing its grip on the PC market. The Tegra 3 and Tegra 4 processor from NVIDIA still behind the Snapdragon Series of Qualcomm in the mobile processor market. 

In order to remain competitive in the mobile device market, NVIDIA set to launch its own smartphone and tablet to the market. It is a rather good idea for NVIDIA and not fully depending on the OEMs.

According to sources from China, NVIDIA set to launch two new tablets with the sizes of 7-inch and 10-inch. Both tablets are set for launch at the Computex 2013 in Taiwan. 

NVIDIA involvement in the device manufacturing will be another step forward for a hardware company. It will set another example for hardware companies to produce own brand device.
