The first component of iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 that were surfaced is the speaker. The speakers of both iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 were placed side-to-side in comparison.
One thing for sure is the speakers of iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 5 are all different from each other. This can simply mean that all these iPhones are having different sizes.
