Tomorrow, HTC Windows Phone 8X and 8S Set To Launch In China, First WP8 Device Arriving

(GSM Insider) - The first batch of Windows Phone 8 devices heading to China on tomorrow. Not the Nokia brand that landed on China but the HTC.


On tomorrow, HTC and China Unicom joined hands to launch its latest Windows Phone 8 devices in Beijing, China. The HTC Windows Phone 8X and 8S are the first batch of smartphones that arriving at the land of Dragon. 

HTC Windows Phone 8X comes with a 4.3-inch display with 720p resolution. The display material is super LCD 2 which can be found on most of the HTC brand smartphone. The processor is 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon and Adreno 225 GPU. The RAM memory is 1GB while the internal memory is 16GB large. The rear camera is 8-megapixels while the front camera is 2.1-megapixels. Other features included NFC, Beats Audio, Bluetooth and WiFi. 

HTC Windows Phone 8S has lower specs compare to the HTC 8X. It has a 4-inch display with WVGA resolution. The processor is a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 5-megapixels of rear camera and also Beats Audio supports. 

Tomorrow is the day for Windows Phone 8 devices to arrive in China. Stay tune for the pricing and other extra information from the launch event.
