(GSM Insider) - HTC J Butterfly is the first smartphone to have 1080p Full HD display. The arrival of HTC J Butterfly brought much attention to the development of Full HD display on smartphone. Since then, there are multiple manufacturers that interested to build smartphone Full HD display. Earlier this week, Sharp Aquos Phone SH930W introduced in Japan. It has the Full HD display as well. The 442ppi of Sharp Aquos Phone SH930W is higher than the 440ppi of HTC J Butterfly. So who is the better one ?

The display resolution of both HTC J Butterfly and Sharp Aquos Phone SH930W are equally good. The IGZO display from Sharp has upper hand among both. Both also running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
However, the processor of Sharp Aquos Phone SH930W is only dual-core while the processor of HTC J Butterfly is the quad-core. HTC J Butterfly is better for multi-tasking.
At the moment, HTC J Butterfly set to release in China and USA with different name. HTC Droid DNA for Verizon is the variant in the United States. There are rumours stated that HTC X920e is the variant in China. It is interesting to see how Sharp planning for this device.
