(GSM Insider) - Not long after the Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 event ended, HTC launched the Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S at its home country Taiwan. Taiwan is among the United States and European countries that receive Windows Phone 8 from HTC. Taiwan is definitely the first Asian country to get taste on HTC Windows 8X and Windows 8S as well.
After it launched in Taiwan, the HTC 8X is set to arrive on November 12 which is the same date as the United States. However, the HTC 8S will arrive a little bit later which is on the December. The price of HTC 8X in Taiwan is TWD $17900 and it is available at four major carriers in Taiwan as well.
