At the Mobile World Congress 2013, Sony unveiled its latest tablet: Sony Xperia Tablet Z. This Sony Xperia Tablet Z is similar to the design of the Sony Xperia Z especially on the buttons. [Read: Sony Xperia Tablet Z hands-on]

At the keynote, Head of Sony Mobile, Kunimasa Suzuki confirms that the Sony Xperia Tablet Z will begin its global rollout in Q2 2013. So the tablet should arrive as early as April 2013. 

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features 10.1-inch display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core, 2GB of RAM, 8-megapixels camera and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. There are two different versions of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z as it has LTE+WiFi and WiFi only version.

Other specs of Sony Xperia Tablet Z include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, a MicroSD slot and an ultra large 6000mAh battery. Sony Xperia Tablet Z runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is similar like the Sony Xperia Z that has the waterproof and dustproof features. WOW!

Sony Xperia Tablet Z is available in 16GB and 32GB. The 16GB Sony Xperia Tablet Z priced at $499 while the 32GB Sony Xperia Tablet Z priced at $599. It is available in white and black. However, no release date yet on this Jelly Bean tablet.

(GSM Insider) - Possible Specs of Sony Xperia Tablet Z Leaked.

Sony Xperia Z is the current flagship of Sony. Will Sony followed like last time where there is a Sony Xperia Tablet S and Sony Xperia S? Maybe. 

Earlier, a Twitter account @Xperia_info leaked out the possible specs of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z. As you can see the tweets are in Japanese language. This showed that maybe Sony preparing new Android Jelly Bean tablet.

According to the tweets above, Sony Xperia Tablet Z having 10.1-inch display with 1920 x 1200 resolution. The processor is 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core which is similar like the Sony Xperia Z. It has 2GB  RAM and 32GB of internal memory. 

The tweets further stated that Sony Xperia Tablet Z packs with 8.1-megapixels camera and 2.2-megapixels front-facing camera. It is water-proof and dust-proof. Sony Xperia Tablet Z will available in white and black and it supports WiFi and LTE network. 

The model number of Sony Xperia Tablet Z for NTT Docomo is SO-03E. So the Sony Xperia Tablet Z could be compatible with the LTE XI of NTT Docomo. 

The codename for the Sony Xperia Tablet Z global version is said to be  "Pollux" and the model number is C690X.
