(GSM Insider) - TCL Y900 Officially Unveils At CES 2013, Hands-On With MediaTek MT6589 Handset.
At the CES 2013, TCL showcased the TCL S850 which is the world's thinnest smartphone to-date with 6.45mm body. Another device that makes appearance is the TCL Y900.
TCL Y900 is the first smartphone to run on MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor. GSM Insider revealed TCL Y900 and P600 are powered by the low budget quad-core processor. This device is a dual-SIM smartphone.
TCL Y900 is a 5-inch phablet with 720p HD resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6589 quad-core and 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. TCL Y900 packs with 8-megapixels main camera and 1.3-megapixels camera. Other features include bluetooth, WiFI, Mini USB and 3.5mm audio jack. TCL Y900 has 32GB of ROM and supports microSD expansion up to 64GB large.
This TCL Y900 is only available at China. It remains mysterious whether this device is going to launch globally.
