Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo officially announces its Sony Xperia Z with the mode number of SO-02E. If you are getting a Sony Xperia Z with the number that mentioned above, then it is only compatible with the XI LTE network of NTT DoCoMo.
This Sony Xperia Z SO-02E is basically same with the Sony Xperia Z global edition in terms of the specs. So the Sony Xperia Z SO-02E having a 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixels camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 16GB of internal memory and a 2330mAh battery. Sony Xperia Z SO-02E is also water-proof and dust-proof like the global version.
