(GSM Insider) - Google Maps Coming To KIA and Hyundai Vehicles Soon
Even you living at a country, you might still lost somewhere else where you dont really knew that place. The GPS devices are popular among drivers but drivers need to purchase an extra GPS device for usage.
In order to solve the problem and provide more convenience to drivers, Korean car makers KIA and Hyundai announce that some of new vehicles coming soon going to feature the Google Maps.
The first implementation is expects to arrive around 2014 on KIA Sorento. It will utilize the UVO platform and allows users to send data between smartphone and the car through an app. Another Korean car maker, Hyundai will offer similar implementation and extra voice search for a hands-free experience.
Although KIA and Hyundai made this announcement, but the Google Maps already featured in vehicles of Audi, Daimler and Tesla.
