(GSM Insider) - MIUI V5 That Based On Android 4.1 Not Coming To XiaoMi Mi1
This is not a good news for XiaoMi Mi1 users. XiaoMi executive Da Wei posted at his Weibo stated that the MIUI V5 not available for XiaoMi Mi1. In other words, those using first generation of XiaoMi not getting the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.
The XiaoMi Mi1 also known as the XiaoMi Phone or XiaoMi M1. It is the first ever XiaoMi brand smartphone that released on last year. In this year, XiaoMi released XiaoMi Phone 2 and XiaoMi M1S. XiaoMi Phone 2 is the first smartphone to feature the ever popular Snapdragon S4 pro quad-core processor.
At the moment, that particular XiaoMi executive already removed the post on this issue. There are huge numbers of Mi Fans felt disappointed and angry with this news.
However, MIUI and XiaoMi yet to make any statement on this issue.
