(GSM Insider) - It is down to Microsoft to run the related promotions in order to make the Windows 8 operating system. Windows 8 makes its appearance at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2012 in Frankfurt, Germany.
The two winners are Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift. But dont ruled out Windows 8 as well. This latest operating system from Microsoft does make its cameo at the event.
At the award, hosts Heidi Klum and Sway using the touch display with Windows 8 to interactive with the fans that attended. This clearly showed the intention of Microsoft to introduce the Windows 8 to the world especially in the European market.
Surprisingly, MTV only released the app of the award to Apple iOS and not available in Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. Perhaps this is another strategy from Microsoft to allow iOS users have a look on the Windows 8 via the app.
It has been 10 years since you saw the Microsoft products made its appearance at special events on television. Microsoft acknowledge it is the perfect time to re-introduce the Windows to the users again.
