(GSM Insider) - It was confirmed that the latest iPhone from Apple is heading to China. The iPhone 5 is set to land on the China shore on November 20, 2012. It will available through China Unicom.
Update: China Unicom denies the rumour. Tim Cook stated that the launch will be December.
Several China Unicom retailers officially announced this news through its Weibo. They stated that the launch date of fifth generation iPhone is set on November 20, 2012.
There are multiple plans offer by China Unicom. Apple iPhone 5 available for free if you signed a three year contract with 286 per month with China Unicom. It is a good news for those who getting the iPhone 5.
At the moment, no news yet on the launch date of China Telecom. But we reported that the launch date for both carriers are the same.
