(GSM Insider) There is a mysterious device with the codename of Samsung GT-B9150 popup in Japanese online community. This is a new device that never heard before.
First of all, the B series is usually a device with QWERTY keyboard. Secondly, there are quite low chances that it is a Nexus device with QWERTY keyboard. However, the Exynos 5 processor is very powerful which is able for the device to become a flagship.
The benchmark also revealed that Samsung GT-B9150 comes with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and the display resolution is 1280 x 672. The processor model is the 1.7GHz Exynos 5250 from Samsung.
At the moment, it is hard to predict whether it is a smartphone or a tablet. There are not much devices from Samsung QWERTY keyboard and running on Android. It is interesting to see more news popup soon.
