"Consumer in China prefers to purchase Windows 8 online rather than purchase it the DVD or CD format. Providing Windows 8 software in the way of download is far more better and protecting the consumer rights in China" - Microsoft China
This simply means that if you want the Windows 8 software for your PC. Please visit Microsoft website to purchase it. A good move from Microsoft to tackle copyright infringement software.
