All three are new smartphones except the Xperia SL is the upgraded version of Xperia S. Sony Xperia T / TX and Xperia V are the powerful flagship from Sony. While the Xperia J is a low end smartphone.
According to latest news from Sony, the Sony Xperia V comes with Sensor-on-lens technology for its display. The sensor-on-lens technology is similar with LG in-cell technology. This sensor-on lens technology provides smoother experience for the Xperia V. The in-cell technology currently available on the display of LG Optimus G.
The specs of Sony Xperia V are very powerful as well. The screen size is 4.3 inch with 720p resolution. The processor is 1.5GHz Snapdragon MSM8960 dual-core processor. It supports 4G LTE network. The camera is 13MP which is very good for those who likes to capture photo. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Dont forget. it is a water resistant smartphone too.
