In the past, Samsung launched the Samsung ATIV S which looks like the Samsung Galaxy S3 that runs on Windows Phone 8. According to latest information from WiFi alliance, Samsung set to announce a new Tizen powered device that comes with Samsung Galaxy S3 design.
A Samsung device with model number of GT-i9300_Tizen spotted at the information of WiFi alliance. The GT-i9300 is the model number of Samsung Galaxy S3 international version. Tizen is the latest operating system developed by Samsung. If this is real, we will see another Galaxy S3 alike device after the Samsung ATIV S. [Source]
