Overall, there are not much different from the specs of these three smartphones. But Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD is the powerful of all three. It has the longest battery life ahead of Droid Razr M and Droid Razr HD. The Droid Razr M has the smallest screen among all with only 4.3 inch compare to 4.7 inch of other two.
