(GSM Insider) - With Sony Mobile, Samsung, Motorola, Nokia and Apple released their latest devices, left two players to go -- LG Mobile and HTC. HTC set to announce their Windows Phone 8 devices on September 19. And now, seems like LG also set their sight on the same day as well.
According to sources, LG had sent invitation for media for the event on September 19, 2012 at New York. We can see the logo of LG and Qualcomm on top of the both corner of the event invitation. This gives us hints that LG set to unveil their LG Optimus G. LG Optimus G announced by LG weeks ago but never showed any Optimus G handset to us.
LG Optimus G is the latest flagship smartphone with powerful specs. It comes with 4.7 inch 1280 x 780 resolution True HD IPS+ display, Android 4.0 ICS, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 PRO APQ 8064 processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. It supports NFC and 4G LTE network. There are two versions available for LG Optimus G -- 8-megapixel and 13-megapixel.
Yesterday, we found out that LG teaser shows that there will be two different versions of LG Optimus G. Different version will release in different region as well. So you might have the luck on 13-megapixel. [Source]
