(GSM Insider) - This year Sony Mobile launched Sony Xperia S LT26i Android smartphone. From the design, it certainly a device with special and outstanding design. And now, Sony Xperia SL appears at Sony Mobile website. This means that the Sony Mobile set to launch Sony Xperia SL.
Sony Xperia SL, also known as LT26ii as the code name. From the Sony Mobile website, the Sony Xperia SL continuing the design of Sony Xperia S LT26i. The Sony Xperia SL LT26ii comes with white, black, pink and dark silver colours. It has more colours compare to the Sony Xperia S LT26i.
Sony Xperia SL LT26ii and Sony Xperia S LT26i having the same display, 4.3 inch HD (1280x720 pixels) display, 1GB RAM, 1.3MP front camera and 12.1MP rear camera. The rear camera able to record 1080p HD video.
For the Sony Xperia SL LT26ii, Sony Mobile havent release the battery capacity. But the Sony Xperia SL LT26ii can making calls for 8.5 hours and 420 hours of standby time. The battery capacity should similar with the Sony Xperia S.
For the inner specs, Sony Xperia SL LT26ii and Sony Xperia S using the same Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core MSM 8260 processor. But the speed upgraded to 1.7GHz from 1.5GHz of Xperia S.
What is important is the Sony Xperia SL LT26ii running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. However, Sony Mobile site only stated the smartphone is coming soon. [Source]
