(GSM Insider) - In the beginning of this year, HTC rolls out a few new smartphones for the Desire Series that focusing on middle and lower level users. And now, HTC set to announce another smartphone - HTC Desire X aka HTC Proto.
Recently, the European retailers already listed that the HTC Desire X is the HTC Proto. From the image above, is the alleged HTC Desire X aka HTC Proto. The Desire X comes with three buttons under the display which is similar with the devices of Desire Series.
There are rumours stated that the HTC Desire X aka HTC Proto comes with 4.0 Inch WVGA display, 1GHz Qualcomm's Snapdragon dual-core processor, 768MB of RAM and 5MP rear camera with flash. The HTC Desire X comes with the thickness of 9.62mm.
You might interested in the operating system of HTC Desire X. We are not sure whether it will equipped with Android 4.0 ICS or 4.1 Jelly Bean. But we doubt if this will be a Jelly Bean device since it is just a middle level device. [Source]
