The Sony Xperia ZL red version was spotted at the hands-on images that appeared at CNET ASIA. The red Sony Xperia ZL was placed side-to-side with the purple Sony Xperia Z. 

The red Sony Xperia ZL is definitely smaller than the purple Sony Xperia ZL. But the red Xperia ZL is thicker than the purple Xperia Z. 

Sony Xperia ZL is heading to European countries soon. But it remains unsure whether this red Sony Xperia ZL is heading to there.

Yesterday, Taiwan is the first country to get the Sony Xperia Z L36h and Sony Xperia ZL L35h. Later, both devices were launched in China as well. Sony makes a quick move to enter the world's largest smartphone market. 

The Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia ZL that launched in Taiwan and China are the same model. The model number of Sony Xperia Z in China is L36h while Sony Xperia ZL is L35h. 

Sony Xperia Z L36h and Xperia ZL L35h having a 5-inch 1080p Full HD IPS display with Mobile Bravia Engine 2 and OptiContrast panel technologies. Both devices are powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. 

Sony Xperia Z L36h and Xperia ZL L35h pack with 16GB of internal memory and supports micro SD expansion. The camera on Sony Xperia Z L36h and Xperia ZL L35h are 13-megapixels with Exmor R lens that supports HDR video recording and burst shot. These two phablet are running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with Xperia UI. 

The different between Sony Xperia Z L36h and Xperia ZL L35h is the Sony Xperia Z having water-proof, dust-proof and scratch proof but Sony Xperia ZL does not have these features. The back cover of Sony Xperia Z L36h is made from glass but not the case of Sony Xperia ZL L35h. Sony Xperia Z L36h has 7.9mm body and 2330mAh battery and Sony Xperia ZL L35h has 9.8mm body and 2550mAh battery.

Sony Xperia Z L36h and Sony Xperia ZL L35h feature 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro, 2GB RAM, 13-megapixels rear-facing camera, 16GB of internal memory and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. 

There are not much different between the Sony Xperia Z L36h and Sony Xperia ZL L35h. The main different is Sony Xperia Z L36h is water-proof, scratch-proof and dust-proof while Sony Xperia ZL L35h does not have all these features. 

The price and availability of Sony Xperia Z L36h and Sony Xperia ZL L35h are not yet announce by Sony in Taiwan.
